Any Time Property Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
Any Time Property collects customer contact details, selected service details, documents shared by the customer, payment status and case progress data only for delivering requested services and support.
We may collect case ID, phone number, name, district, service type, document references, staff notes, payment proof and status updates.
In-app support chat stores customer messages and ATP replies for the requested assistance. Do not send passwords, OTPs or full identity/account numbers in chat.
With permission, the Android app uses foreground device location to suggest a state. State and language preferences are saved on the device; ATP does not store precise coordinates for this suggestion. Manual state selection is available.
How We Use Information
Customer data is used to create service requests, verify documents, coordinate staff follow-up, process payments, provide case status and resolve support issues.
Access is limited to authorized staff and administrators who need the information for service delivery.
Data Sharing And Security
Any Time Property does not sell customer personal data. Data may be shared only with service partners, legal professionals, payment providers or authorities when needed for the requested service or legal compliance.
We use access controls, production authentication and reasonable technical safeguards to protect customer data.
Customer Requests
Customers may request correction or deletion of their data by contacting Any Time Property support, subject to legal, payment, accounting and service-record requirements.
Support contact: support@anytimeproperty.in.
Phone verification and technical diagnostics
Mobile verification uses our SMS provider and Google/Firebase authentication and app attestation. Documents selected in the app are transferred to the private request for review and delivery. Temporary downloads are held in app-private cache and can be exported only through the share action.
The app may report limited technical event codes (screen error, API failure, uncertain payment). These counters do not include OTPs, document contents, free-text messages, full errors or stack traces. Support/deletion requests are private to the requesting account and authorized owner.
Optional phone notifications
Phone notifications require your explicit opt-in and Android permission. ATP uses Expo Push Service and Google FCM on Android. ATP stores a device installation identifier, hashed installation proof, push token and account association. The push payload contains only a generic ATP update and an Updates navigation hint, not your name, case details, documents, amount or chat text.
Delivery registrations expire after 30 days unless renewed. Expiry stops delivery eligibility; it is not a promise that every related record has already been erased. Logout stores local opt-out and attempts server revocation. When offline, generic notifications already accepted or sent before revocation may still arrive until revocation reaches the server or registration expires. You can disable notifications in Android settings. Provider acceptance does not prove delivery to your phone or reading.
